Welcome to our holiday home on the Oberhausberg in the Schladming-Dachstein holiday region!

Our idyllic old wooden house is located in a quiet side street on the Oberhausberg in Haus im Ennstal at an altitude of 1,150 metres and is an ideal holiday home for families with children or couples.

The location:

Our holiday home is located at an altitude of 1,150 metres, just a few minutes from the 4 mountains ski area Schladming Dachstein with its 232 kilometres of pistes. In summer, the area is transformed into an idyllic hiking area that attracts nature lovers with its beauty and tranquillity! Just a short drive away, the Dachstein Tauern Golf and Country Club offers a challenging 18-hole course. Our region also offers countless mountain bike trails.

The accommodation:

In our holiday home on the Oberhausberg (105m² living space) you will stay in a spacious, cosy chalet. Our holiday home offers space for a maximum of 8 people - 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and toilets, fully equipped kitchen with separate dining room, a fridge and separate wine cooler, open fireplace, free Wi-Fi and firewood, TV, Finnish sauna, balcony and parking for 3 cars. There is also a covered terrace and a gas barbecue.

This accommodation was built exclusively from natural materials such as wood and natural stone. The own spring water of the highest quality is particularly noteworthy.

On the ground floor of the chalet there is an open-plan living room with kitchen, lounge and dining room, as well as a shower, WC and Finnish sauna.

Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms, a shower, WC and a small gallery with sofa.

A washing machine, tumble dryer and a ski room with boot heating complete the facilities.

Accessibility for guests:

The access road from Haus/Ennstal is tarmac and easy to drive on. In winter the snow is cleared daily up to the chalet. Snow chains are required in case of heavy snowfall in the entire region.

3 parking spaces are available in front of the house, one of which is covered.

The town centre of Schladming and Haus im Ennstal can be reached in a few minutes by car.

The holiday home is not rented to youth and club groups!

We would like to point out that smoking is not permitted in the house. Pets are also not permitted.

It should also be noted that a deposit of € 500.00 must be paid by bank transfer at the time of booking.
