For cancellations, the general terms and conditions of the hotel industry apply (http://www.hotelverband.at/down/AGBH_061115.pdf) This means for you in case of cancellation: Up to 3 months before arrival you can cancel free of charge. From 3 months to 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of the travel price. From 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price. In case of cancellation within the last week before arrival we charge 90% of the price.
