Host information

Familie The Resch family, that is Franz, Gunhild and the boy clover David, Franz Josef, Clemens and Matthäus. We are all enthusiastic nature lovers and sportsmen. Franz, the owner of the house, is active in ski development and can help me with advice and support at any time. Gunhild loves the garden, her beloved pets (chickens, sheep, cats, rabbits) and goes on long tours by bike. The boys are at university, but in their free time they are in the mountains in summer and winter.

Directly opposite our house Sun Chalet is the apartment house Landhaus am Sonnenhang. In the entrance area is the reception, which is manned from 8.00-10.00 o'clock. We will send you a code for the entrance door of our apartment house a few days before arrival. There you will find the key and some information. So it is no problem if you want to arrive later.

Our house Sun Chalet is comfortably furnished in country house style. A large fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, 2x refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher and much more. The central point is the living room with the large table for cosy game evenings, raclette, or just a cosy get-together. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor and one bedroom on the ground floor. 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets extra are available. A ski cellar and a large outdoor sauna with a great mountain view are waiting for you. The large terrace invites you to have breakfast outside or maybe a yoga class in the morning.

Our newly built apartment in Schladming leaves nothing to be desired. When designing the rooms, we placed special emphasis on an atmosphere of well-being - just as if we were living here ourselves. Modern and yet cosy is our motto. 2 bedrooms with double bed and bath and, extra toilet, anteroom and storage room are combined with a large living room with a separate kitchen area with all amenities. An own large terrace invites you to relax.
