Evangelische Kirche Schladming
On May 18th at 19:00 it's that time again!
The traditional Maisingen will take place in the Protestant church in Schladming.
The singing group of the Schladming Adult Education Center, under the direction of Burghilde Wieser, has rehearsed many variations of traditional folk songs.
The “Ensemble Flötenklang” unites the flautists Sissi Lutzmann, Nikola Mitterwallner, Beate Koller and Sylvia Ringdorfer.
The repertoire and preference of the flute quartet includes flute literature from all stylistic periods, from baroque to classical to jazz arrangements. The “Flötenladies” - as they jokingly call themselves - look forward to getting the audience in the mood for spring with their bells, twittering and glittering sounds.
Pianist Hajnalka Beatrix Kann, who also teaches at the music school in Schladming, will also add to the evening's variety of sounds with her pieces.
