Wings for Life World Run Schladming

The Wings for Life World Run is a unique, global race for both runners and wheelchair participants. Instead of a finish line, participants run side by side in front of the virtual Catcher Car. On May 4, 2025, participants can run together in Schladming. Make an appointment with your friends, download the Wings for Life World Run app and join all the other runners until the virtual Catcher Car catches up with you. 

The race starts at exactly 13:00 at the Schladming athlectic area. The virtual Catcher Car starts 30 minutes after the start at a speed of 14 km/h and increases its speed constantly until the last runner has been caught up.

To take part in this organized app run, please download the Wings for life World Run app for Android or iPhone and register in the app for the day of the race. An entry fee will be charged for participation in the Wings for Life World Run, 100% of which will go towards spinal cord research. As soon as you have completed the registration for the day of the race, you can take part in this organized app run.
