In Sing & Flow, Anita's warm and authentic voice carries you along.
She invites you to immerse yourself in the moment while singing together, creating a space of connection with yourself, with the moment and with the power of sound. Karin will guide you through the session with a yoga flow. A mix of mantra singing and movement.
No singing experience is required, just an open heart and the willingness to let yourself be carried by the music.
Afterwards, we invite you to join us to round off the evening with a good cup of tea.
